I don't live in Fond du Lac, SK - Can I still order?
No. At the moment only residents of Fond du Lac, SK will be able to place an order through this website.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. A minimum order value of $100 applies.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed immediately and may not be eligible for changes or cancellation. If you need to make an adjustment, please log in to your account as soon as possible.
Can I return something?
We’re unable to accept returns. However, you can request a refund if the item is damaged upon delivery. Please refer to refund policy.
Can I place my order over the phone?
No. All orders must be placed online.
What if an item in my order is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock at the time of shipping:
- We will offer a substitution for your approval
or
- Issue a full refund to your original method of payment for the item. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, including WE Visa.
Shipping & Delivery
How does delivery work?
Your order will be flown from Stony Rapids Rise Airport to Fond du Lac Airport. Once it arrives, you can pick it up there.
You will receive an ETA notification once the order has been picked up the carrier and in transit. For real time updates, please contact Rise Air.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders from Prince Albert typically arrive within 3–5 business days to FDL Airport.
Why did parts of my order arrive on different days?
We aim to ship all items together, but some products may be sent separately.
Rise Air prioritizes perishable and frozen products first, followed by dry goods, depending on aircraft capacity.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account to view your order status and updates. Contact Rise Air for further details.
There was an issue with my delivery, what should I do?
For missing, damaged, or delayed orders, please contact Rise Air directly.
Is shipping free?
Freight costs are included in the item price.
Is Nutrition North (NNC Subsidy) included in the price?
Yes. The Nutrition North subsidy is already reflected in the retail price.
The subsidy amount is displayed beneath each product’s price.
Taxes
How are tax exemptions applied?
Tax exemptions are not applied automatically.
After creating your account, please email our support team a picture of your Status ID. The payment method you are using (Credit or debit card) must match the details on your Status Card.
Once verified, your account will be set up to receive the appropriate tax exemption. If this step is not completed, taxes will be charged as normal.
